You never get what you pay fo

On the 6/01/2013 our house was broken into and for safety reasons we had to stay at a hotel, the nearest one being Protea hotel Midrand, I had just been through and awful ordeal and decided to order from the room service, i was told this was a 4 star place - the food i ordered was horrible, i sent it back to kitchen because it wasn't as it was described on the menu, then it came back and it was still not how it was described on the menu... i will never go back, it was a bad experience and after the events of the day, i just couldn't bother to complain anymore...
