Accounts Department is Abysmal!!!

I keep getting calls from Lancet telling me that I owe them R349.20. After several emails of me sending them them the proof of payment made October last year. After another call they convinced me that there is yet another exactly R349.20 outstanding. I made the payment again, sending them the proof of payment AGAIN. Today I received a snotty sms telling me that they are forwarding my account to ITC for collection!
If you can please support any other laboratory before you sit with the same!
Please be careful!!!
PS Lancet: If you take me to court, I will take you to court for false accusations etc.!!!
