New member wrong amount deducted

Good Day

I have communicated with CJL Brand and Cherise Easton on the 5 February 2013 Lorette (CJL Brand confirmed that only R496.00 will be deducted but R1488 were deducted on 02/03/2013 please advise urgently as the rest of his payment can not commence.
