Membership no - 910051197 .Momentum has deducted 3 times the amount for the medical aid from my account instead of the normal amount. In the month of 3 January 2014 they deducted 2000.00 instead of R 800.00 When i queried this the consultant Renika Naidoo apologised and said refund will commence im 3-4 working days, now today the 4 working day they tell me the payment will be processed in 3-4 working days it does not mean it will be paid, when i called today the consultant I dealt with was so condescending tells me i should have made sure my renewal documents where submitted in time... little do they know all my documents where submitted on time and this was momentums fault that i must now pay the price of waiting 1 week for my refund when i have no money already as it is January. Im sure this complaint will not be attended to I would just like the people out their to know Momentum Health has the worst client service delivery ever, and i will be cancelling the account.
