Chatsmed is getting from bad to worst

I stayed at chatsmed gardern hospital for one week-they services was terrible-they gave me torn linen they refuse to change it on a daily basis-the nurses are rude and arrogant sister anne was the head nurse for the female general ward he was runned terribly they had males in the same ward as females but yet they call female general ward..when you call for a nurse to assist they take 20 mins to attend to you they also short staffed theres 5 nurses that takes care of 21 patients at the same time.they hygiene is terrible they clean the toilets 2 times a day they do not clean the wards regularly.the kitchen looks like rk khans hospital they sluice room is not cleaned-when i got admmited i had to pay 205 & that was suppose to be refunded back to me but they have not refunded when i went to ask them about the money the managers was rude chatsmed hospital is terrible management dont take pride in they job they run a mess of everything..the nurses sell personal things during working hours they worry patients to buy from them the hospital is becoming a flee market i wont advise people to stay at chatsmed because of the poor services offered they fast to take your money
