I Want To See Where The R21k deposit was spent

My 3 year old son nearly drowned over a month ago, I had to take him to Netcare Olivedale as it is the closest. He was conscious, however, i feared there may be some water in his lungs. They required a R21, 000.00 deposit to admit him for observation for the night which was transferred immediately to their account.

It has now been over a month and finaly the balance of the deposit which was not used has been transferred back, however, not a single statement has been received!!! R14, 000.00 was paid back from the deposit with no indication of what the R7, 000.00 was spent on.

After repeated attempts to get the bills from Netcare Olivedale i have had no joy whatsoever. This is blatant!!!
