Deposit not transferred to Trustees

I have purchased a property from an insolvent estate on the 6th of November. The auctioneers (VAN's Auctioneers) insisted that I make the deposit of R 20, 000 immediately. The auctioneer (Mariska) even followed me home so that she can see that the deposit was made by EFT, however, the Trustees still did not receive their final statement as well as the R 20, 000 (plus interest) deposit that was made on the day of the auction. I queried this several times now and was informed telephonically on Friday, 11 January 2013, by Guizelle Pieterse from VAN's Auctioneers, that the final statement was sent to the Trustees (she did not mention the deposit that I paid). I feel that this is completely unacceptable and I am scared that I will loose the deposit.
