NETCARE NO ITS DONT CARE

My fiancee was admitted on the 28th May and discharged on the 29th May. Paid deposit of R21000. His actual bill was around R12900. I wanted to find out about the refund on Thursday 6th June 2014 and I went to a lady apparently their FM Conli or Conri's offices well I obviously placed her in a uncomfortable position as they still issue cheques and there were no signatories and was promised that it would be in my banking account on Friday and available immediately. WELLLLLL it was eventually banked today and WOW special clearance NOOOW I have to wait 7 days for special clearance, DEMAND DEPOSIT THEN THE WHEEL TURNS I HAVE TO DEMAND [URL Removed] DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT FOR 7 DAYS...
