Claim has not been dealt with

My name is MD Boshoff, with medical aid nr: 376595470.

I went for an operation in October 2012. I called for my authorisation, and it was granted, but there was no mention of money that I would have to pay in. I then put in a laim in December, for an amount that the hospital said that I had to pay myself.

I have phoned about 5 times, and each time I was promised that someone would get back to me within a few days. This has been since the beginning of January. To this day, no one has gotten back to me. We pay a lot of money each month for our medical aid, I would appreciate it if someone could get back to me as soon as possible. I have been informed that since I was not told about the extra money that I would have to pay, the medical aid is liable to refund me.

I am very dissapointed, and cannot accept this.
