Inappropriate conduct by Dr form Coxon & Partners

On Friday my daughter was admitted to Greenacres Hospital for a routine procedure. The staff was most helpful until we met Dr. Robson, the anaethitist. Not having the decency to introduce himself the nurses was kind enough to tell us who he was and the nature of the business. Post procedure when my daughter came out of surgery, she as covered in blood, when I expressed my shock and disappointment that the staff didnt even clean her up, the dr told us that we should not expect preverential treatment or think our daughter is special. She should just stick it out and get over it, so should we. I was absolutely dumbstruck, I didnt know how to respond. The porter, Clifford, came up to us to apologize for the dr's comments and asked us to let it go as the dr is "rude and quite aggressive". Unfortunately Dr. Robson made these comments in front of all day ward staff, as well as a room filled with kids (patients) and parents. The complaint has since been escalated to Greenacres management, but I am yet to receive any response from them or from Coxon and Partners. I guess if you are a dr employed by Coxon and Partners, that entitles you to speak to people any way you choose...?
