Durban Spa
Totally Incompetent

I have been considering purchasing a unit at Durban Spa and have been in contact with Hettie who facilitates sales. I now need to go to Durban to sign the paperwork and have..since Monday been trying to make a reservation to stay there. I have phoned every day and they are either "busy", "not open yet", "gone to lunch" or "will be back tomorrow". Howvere... I have spoken to three different ladies at reception, the first one took my reservation and promised to confirm by email the following morning, which didn't happen... the second would phone me me back... didn't happen... and the third on Sat morning just didn't give a. Please remember..this is before I even get to buy the unit... makes one think... maybe another group would want ones money a bit more eagerly.
