I recently made use of Safarinow to make a booking. I requested a quote and I accepted the quotation and paid accordingly. Just to be on the safe side I called up the hotel in question to make sure they received a reservation on their side, and to my surprise they hadn't. So I called up Safarinow to find out what the issue was. I spoke to a lady by the name Ashleigh and she told me she was looking into it and would call me back that day (28 October) and she didn't. So I called the following day and I spoke to a different person, Galden, who reassured me that someone (Robyn) was looking into my query and told and they would get back to me COB (29/10/2013) and that didn't happen. So called AGAIN on (31/10/2013) to find out about my situation, and dealt with a different person once AGAIN. I'm tired of dealing with different people each time I call in and having to explain my situation all over again. I still do not have accommodation, but money has already taken from me. I don't know if I have a place to stay for my holiday and no one is keeping me updated. It's really frustrating, that after a week of dealing with the people at Safarinow, no one is giving me answers or a solution.
