We went on holiday June 2013 to Kiara Resort Clarens, We were mislead into taking out a contract against our wishes, A copy of the contract was withheld from us. Glen Keur omitted to tell us about the fees and about the cooling off period. He told us it's a once off payment and we can go on holiday for the next 20yrs. We paid the full amount but when we inquired to make a booking we discovered that we have to pay a annual fee of more than R3000.00 and also we have to pay 25% of the amount for the place if we took it.

Glen knew we would cancel that's why he didn't give us a copy of the contract. We tried explaining to the Holiday Club what happened but they are not interested they refuse to either refund us or cancel this product, because they withheld important information from people so they can sell their product. All we want is to cancel we not even interested in the points we got, Please can anyone help us get rid of this and give us our money back. They send us a letter that states we cannot cancel, is this legal.
