Terrible assistance and no feedback

I have been struggling to find out information from Momentum Health since I signed up in May 2013. At first the pedometer that I ordered arrived late. Then I had trouble with uploading the pedometer data onto my profile as the data chip inside of the pedometer was not switched as it was apparently supposed to be. After complaining on Hello Peter I was assisted to follow steps to link my pedometer with the online profile - I did this about 2 weeks ago and still have not received feedback!

In addition I needed to find out information with regards to the levy of a procedure that I have to undergo. At first I was told the levy will be R400 if done in the dr's rooms and R1000 if done in hospital. I got a referral from my GP and found a doctor that does the procedure in his rooms only to find out that he is not on Momentum's list (I have never received a list?!!) and the levy will be R1000 anyway!

Each time I call I am helped by a different consultant and each time I am contacted it is a different person and I have to explain all over again.

I will NOT recommend this medical aid to anyone as I am considering to switch to another medical aid myself!!
