Worst service, inconsiderate and rude and rude beh

I gave birth to my baby girl on 22 Sept 2013 and ever since I've been begging Bonitas to add her as a dependant. First they asked me to submit forms, birth certificates etc. Which I sent on the 31st of October they didn't attend to my request and I had to call them on numerous occasions to find out if my baby was on with no success. I was then told that they have a back log on queries, I pleaded with them because I wanted to make sure that my baby would be covered in case she needs medical care. I was then assisted by my company and they finally got my baby registered, but now with a waiting period. Mpho called me regarding my query and offered to back date my contributions from September so that my baby can be covered immediately. Extremely rude and obnoxious, inconsiderate with no empathy she stated "are you going to pay or not" I have decided to cancel my cover and move to another scheme.
