Home birth not payed out accordingly

I sent in statements of the consultations with the midwife, payed by myself of which none has bee payed to me and Discovery says it the consultation fees are to be payed from my medical savings acount that I do not have due to the fact that they basicaly give you back your own money. After the birth of my daughter on the 24th of January 2013 (at home) Discovery took a total of 15 days to pay me R2892.90 from a total of R7000. They say that is 100% the discovery rate for the procedure, do you want to tell me the hospital costs would be R2892.90 for a normal birth?? Bul!! I have been in 4 different conversations with discovery one of them actually helped a little bit ref: 2731612005. Discovery can at least pay the full R7000, my monthly contribution is over R1700 just for a hospital plan for myself and my wife, so in the 3 years they have taken at least R61200 in payments from me and when I claim for a home birth that should actually save them money then they say NO!! this is nonsence! They are keen to take your money but when it is time for them to pay there is all kinds of stories!! If this is not resolved by the end of February I will look for a better insurer!
