Can you please sort out this mess

I just received a bill from 2012/10/24 from practice no:3803864 for R630.10 for an ultrasound which was a referal from Dr. Rahman (0241733) i was then on Prime cure. Can you sort out this mess i dont understand why the money was not paid by the scheme since i was a member at that time.

I DON'T WANT STORIES PLEASE.
