Im so of right now. 5 working days ago, i submitted a claim for R900. I call today to follow up as Discovery's policy is 2 to 3 working days. They havent done it as they have a backlog. Its not my problem. Instead of sending your staff to Brazil and other places, perhaps you should employ more staff as we already overpay you for your services. This is as Im struggling financially and need that money yesterday. Absolute
