Hidden costs

I took my 3 kids plus aunts child to Dr C.E Swanepoel's medical rooms for treatment, Dr was"nt in but another Black Dr was attending, first, I was made to leave the room!!! Second, my daughter Charmain was treated but I was told that I will have to go to the Chemist to get other medication as they did not have stock, in the begining I was instructed that the money I had to pay up front was consultation including medication, they charge 1 inclusive fee, however 1 particular type of medication is out of stock so I will have to take a script to a chemist and pay for it seperately. If that is so, why must I pay for seperate medication. I am being ripped off, and it may look like, when Dr Swanepoel is'nt there this sort of underhandedness could be prevalent. I think that if this is their policy, patients should be billed seperately for the consultation and for the medication, I think that this is a money making racket, full disclosure was not provided at the begining of this contract for medical service. I feel that I have been defrauded by this service provider. I want answers or I am going to the medical ombhudsmann...
