Wont award points or credit over charged amount

Used website, selected Vitality Nutritional Assessment, Got a list of Nutritionists to chose from. made a booking and stated it is for Vitality Nutritional Assessment, they told me that they are part of discovery. Went for the meeting, was measured, asked about our eating habits (Same questions as the discovery assessment online). Made it clear at the consultation that we are there for Vitality Nutritional Assessment and asked how long the points will take to reflect. Was told 1-2 weeks. Was suppose to pay R 290 per member so R 580 but was charged R 770.00. Had to go for a follow-up to get the diet plan, and was AGAIN charged R 310..00 Now more then 3 weeks later, and Discovery is coming up with all sorts of excuses not to award the 10 000 points and credit me back the over charged amount. they now state I went for a routine check-up. HELLO? I got the detail from their website, 1 of their practitioners. I said I was their for Vitality Nutritional Assessment. It was my 1st time, SO HOW can I be told it was a routine check-up and they don't cover nor give points for it???
