Paid unable to get proof of settlement from hospit

I have been fighting with Net care sunninghill radiology which the query end up at credit ombudsman and we reached the final settlement and the account was settled. I am struggling to get proof that my account has been settled hence this is the second time when accusing me after three years that the account was not settled. They keep on changing the invoice several times unfortunately credit ombuds rectify and now are delay to provide proof that account has been settled.
I have emailed ROSE @ [Email Removed] Which is the company administering their accounts unfortunately there is lack of incompetence as previous I was misinformed their previous co-workers of shrad Inow battling to get proof that my account is been settled and I have emailed them a proof of payment
