So I'm having a huge problem. I've settled my account amount of R1569.44 Before payment was made I phoned about 3 times for the correct amount. On Monday 11 March I phoned spoke to a lady and apologised cause my arrangement was to pay that day. I was waiting for the cheque to clear and said that payment will be made today 13 March. I reconfirmed settlement amount which she gave me again R1569.44. So I paid that. This morning I phoned 0861001172 to say account is settled aand closed. Suddenly now the amount changed to extra R25 something that must be paid. Fix this according to me acc settled with amount GIVEN to me!!! Close my acc or else. I have emailed proof of payment to [Email Removed]
