My personal credentials changed a couple of years ago; I changed this with Discovery back in 2010 (approximately), sent them ID documents and documentation from home affairs depicting the change. All was above board and the changes were implemented... all of a sudden last month they have reverted to the old information and want me to supply 'proof'/supporting documentation before they can change this again. LUDACRIS!! I demand that this be resolved!! Renata posed as a Manager, which I've just discovered she is not, assuring me she would resolve the issue and provide feedback in 48 hours, 13 days ago; I'm still waiting for her feedback. Asked when of the call centre consultants to get her to call me... still nothing.
