Discovery no feedback

I was diagnosed with cancer in May 2013 and have since then had 3 operations done by Prof Joseph at Morningside Clinic. The medical aid only paid a portion of the account approximately R50k and there is still an amount of R73K outstanding. I've been in contact with Discovery daily regarding the outstanding account and everytime am I told that I need to e-mail the documentation and they will provide me with feedback. I do not get feedback on this outstanding account.

This is extremely bad service but I am good enough to pay my monthly premium.
