Not receiving documentation

Submitting documentation to get pre authorisation to see a specialist from the end of April. I had to postpone my appointment with the specialist 3 times because Discovery just say that they have not received the correct documentation that was sent through a few times. Frustrating because I need to see the specialist in less than 24 hours but as usual they have not received the documentation from my GP! I saw the proof that the documentation was faxed and e-mailed to the medical aid - How do you explain it?
