BANKMED declined treatment

Professor Moola from the bankmed dental advisory declined treatment for my 7 year old daughter, even after our dentist sent through a motivation to put her under general anasthetic as he cannot work on her in the chair as she has a gag reflex and is traumatised. I have a full comprehensive medical plan with bankmed as well. My interaction with th ecall centre was shocking to say the least, no ownership or proper folllow up, just excuses. Furthermore I insisted Prof Moola speak to myself as he was the person declining the treatment, he has not done so. I also asked that he contact our dentist he has not done so. I have also asked the call centre supervisor to return my call Themba Makinana, this has not happened. I have managed to escalate this to Prof Mool's superior a Professor De Klerk who has been extremely helpful and getting some traction on this issue. I posed a question to the people concerned in helping me at bankmed . " I would like to ask a simple question if any of you received this level of service would you accept that? "
