Dont want to pay my hospital bill that was in 2011

I was admitted in hospital in november 2011 gave birth to my precious son. and now wen the hospital claim the money they cant pay it. they say it long overdue. now i have cancelled the medical aid in december 2012 and in january this year they went and deducted the money in my account. the promised to do a manual refund within seven days and now m still waiting.
