Today I tried to contact Medizone Healthcare in SA - IT took me a while to finally find a number where an actual Medizone Representative answered my call. I managed to speak to Willie, who referred me to Harry. ALL I want is to buy a new mat for my Medizone which I brought 7 years ago. Harry was very helpful, he gave the contact number to Head Office - Helena answered and was busy speaking to me and someone in the office, she hardly listened to what I was looking for, and kept on saying that someone is on the phone with Ryan (which I believe is the CEO of this company), she rudely told me to contact Linda and gave me the lady's cell number, I then explained that I do not live in PTA, I live in Nelspruit and would like to get a number for a rep close to me. All the sudden I was transferred to Merle, she is the rudest of them all, she TOLD me that she can't help me and I need to contact Linda, I told her that I do not appreciate her rudeness and so she put the phone down in my ear. I am disappointed, to buy a medizone spa is a lot of money, ALL I want is to BUY a new mat!!! Please Medizone, I have only speak of greatness about your spa, THIS is NOT the way to treat clients.
