I have logged a claim via email to the claims department on the 18th of January up until today I have as yet not receive any response. This is not the first time this happens there was times whereby I had to wait months after the buck has been passed around but no one seems to be able to resolve anything. Everytime it gets to paying out claims I get this horrific service and no one seems to care as long as they get their money every month. Me as a client does not have all the time to follow up and beg for service that I pay for every month. I am sick og going through the same serade every time I utilise my medical aid
