Bestmed Medical Scheme
We have your money, now go away!

I have been a member of Bestmed for many years, recently I had to phone the call center for some documents.

I requested my member certificate AND contributions form. I have done this 3 times this week and I am still waiting. Every single time the agent says they are sending me the form, and yet I receive nothing.

What exactly must I do to get those forms? I need it for my place of employment.
