Resolution Health Medical Scheme
Premiums go up, but benefits get less!!!

I have been a member of this medical aid since 2002. During this time they have always covered my mammograms which fall under preventative benefits. Come the 2013 benefit structure, these benefits are not covered on the Progressive Flex option any longer. Can somebody please explain to me why my premium for 2013 has gone up, but certain benefits are taken away? I have tried calling their call centre, but after listening to their irritating music on hold for almost 20mins, I put the phone down. WHAT A JOKE!
