Terrible client service and False benefit display

Will be canceling my Supreme benefit today!!!
What a complete waist of money to have this benefit. Note that the benefit dashboard is not displaying "actaul" benefits.

It cleary list benefits available on optometry but according to the optometry department its only available on a 2 year cycle and ill have to wait 2 years to get this benefit again.

Had to wait 40 min on the phone to get trough to the Optomerty department.
The lady just told me that Ill have to wait until Jun to be able to get specticals benefit and thats she does not care if I cancel my medical aid then had to wait another 15 min on the line to speak to a "so" called manager who had no idee what she was talking about.

What a complete waist of money to be on the Supreme option with Resoltions health and terible terible client service, I will be looking for a new medical aid asap!
