I certainly havent used up all my benefits!

I am aware that i have "allegedly" used up all my savings for the year but i most certainly haven't used up all of my benefits. I got a shock of my life when I went to see my doctor and got told that i must pay cash. How is this possible when this is a benefit such as optometry, gynaecology, etc that i am at least still allowed. I tried to explain to the nurse but she said that this is an order from Medihelp. This is sickening. This is APPALLING! what kind of medical scheme is this? Utter misrepresentation!
