Fedhealth Medical Scheme
False advertising

Fedhealth advertises a unique bebefit of offering an intrest free loan for cosmetic surgery on their website however when i phoned to get this benefit they say they forgot to update their website they stopped that benefit years ago however they have made recent updates on other details so as long as that beneft is advertised i feel that they should prvide it as i left Discovery to join them as they said it is a benefit i can receive as a mamber. they have acknowledged that it still apperas on their website but say they wont provide me that benefit. surely if it is still listed as a benefit and the only reason i joined their medical aid they should provide that benefit until they have informed their memebers that this benefit will no longer be provided???
