Eye test appointment delay for 75 year old Woman

I have been at the hospital for the past three occasion to obtain an appointment for my eye test. Eibrahiem was the consultant I saw two weeks ago and he said he will contact me and add my name to the list. He did not call and I returned again yesterday 28th Jan 2026 and was told my name is not on the list. This was from another consultant and said she will transfer the message to Eibrahiem. Still no call.
