Collecting Tablets for the Elderly

Please note i came on the 27th January 2026 to collect medication for my sickly mom who i left alone at home while working. I took my lunch break to do this and had to join a que that was really long of sickly people that only had one nurse working. This is rather unfortunate as the receptionist foes not understand my predicament at all. This is really not an ideal situation even in asking or being directed. Of i cam back later i am threatened that the line will be cut ad they only working with one nurse
