Insuficiant eye test

I was at st john eye clinic at Somerset west on 04-08-2020 for an eye test. prescripted by the company I was going to work for. The person who was performing an eye test didn't do the eye test according to the the letter from the Company.

The results came back from same day saying the test was insuficiant. I immediately go to the person and told him, He appologise and recommend specsaver who perform these test and request for my bank details I gave him.

Then on 11-08-2020 I went to them and told them there was no money reflected to my account. The Story was different they say they don't do refunds so I ask what should I do now. The response from the Cashier was if I have enough money and energy I should go to their head office at Centrion Gauteng.

I felt offended because it is their eye doctor who did a mistake. Not me What I need now is My R1480 refund I didn't get a job I'm even hopeless because it was my last money that I have I am emotional right now.
