I am very disappointed. How can all of the staff at the front desk take lunch at the same time? We have been sitting here since 13:15. The other patients said that the staff went on lunch. As I write this complaint, it is now 14:19. How long is their lunch? People need assistance, and there is no one here to assist them in opening files. This is very unprofessional.

Staff can only take lunch as allowed according to their contract. But it looks like here at Swartland Hospital, staff can do whatever they please, and we, the patients, must just wait until they decide their lunch is over. As you can see in the picture, it is 14:24 and still no staff. Unacceptable and disgraceful.
