Incompetent Security guard

Good day Mr. Benjamin

I am very much disappointed with the service or treatment at Queenstown Private Queenstown. First incident was around April 2022, I brought my child to casualty due to extremely high temperature, believe or not with a child that has a very extremely high temperature I had to wait at the casualty reception for more an hour, with an casualty clerk with bad attitude. Never complain because the Doctor incharge that night tried to calm me down and apologized.

TODAY AGAIN SAME HOSPITAL

(11H00) I came across an incompetent security guard, ooooh what a bad experience I have with Queenstown Life Hospital, a security guard telling me that I must let my kids wait for me outside the hospital, I tried to explain to him that a day before today I was here and I know that kids doesn't go to ward but they will wait in the reception, just for him to tell me that yesterday he was off duty and he was at the villages, I ask him if rules goes with different shifts. He couldn't answer He was telling that kids must wait outside, didnt I see other children outside, The security guard argued with me to the extant that he tells me that law is law and he was told to do that, I felt so irrated and disrespected in that incident. I requested him to rather call his supervisor, he was still saying they must wait outside and I said NO they wait here with me, he took about 5minutes to call his supervisor, I had to ask him again. because I was asking him should any happen to my kids outside, who's going to be responsible for that, he was telling me to let my 5yrs old girl to wait outside the Hospital. Only to find out that the kids are allowed to wait at the reception area. Did I get any apology from him NO. What irrated me more is that he is so arrogant, bold with leak of information. Having such people in your institution will destroy your image, because I was so angry that I had to engage with him for more than 20 minutes for the sake of my kids. His one of those security guard that makes people to have attitude towards security guards. Very disappointed to have such experience in a private hospital, I would understand if that was public hospital, We use such institution with the hope for better service because we know that government institutions doesn't have better services. Never expected or had a thought that in a private institution I can come across incompetent person I meet today. Please teach that guy the ethics of your hospital. I cant be disrespected by the security guard in that manner or have to teach him his duties.
