Gross incompetence clicks pharmacy - Kings Mall - East London Eastern Cape

For a year now, I have had poor service from Clicks Pharmacy, Kings Mall, East London, Eastern Cape.

Latest incident: I emailed my request for dispensing and delivering my mom's medication. As usual, no one monitors the emails, and I have had to follow up with numerous attempts by phone. I was promised delivery of my mom's medication on 23 July. I phoned again on 24 July at 09:10 and was promised delivery this morning. At 14:30, when it was still not delivered, I drove to Gonubie from East London only to stand in a queue for collections that had 2 people before me for about 20 minutes. I phoned while standing there and could see the pharmacist "waving off" - basically meaning "fuck off" when viewing the phone.

After assistance from the Clicks store manager, the pharmacist "assisted" me by saying that she thought I knew they had an issue with the deliveries today.

WHY OFFER THE EMAIL AND DELIVERY SERVICE IF IT IS CLEARLY NOT BEING DONE???

MY MOM WENT WITHOUT HER MEDICATION THIS MORNING AND AFTERNOON BECAUSE OF INCOMPETENCE AND A NO-CARE ATTITUDE.
