Bad service

Today I took my sister to the hospital as she had an appointment (OPD) I waited for her because she can not travel alone we were there since 6:30 am round about 14:00 she called me she told that she is going to be admitted I must go home and bring her comfortable shoes, toiletries, sleep wear, blanket and food because she did not eat.

Before I left I asked the securities if I can quickly go and fetch the things that she request.they said yes I can come back and drop her things.

I came back went to the very same securities that I spoke before I left they told me I won't be able to see her of which I understood.i told them I don't want to see her I just want to drop her this as I asked them before I left and they agreed.

I called my sister and ask her to go to one of the sisters and ask them if she can quickly go down stairs to fetch her things.

She went to the operation s/unit manager she refused she said who came to drop her things can come back in the morning.

But I was surprised when I saw one of the pregnant ladies who was in a very same ward with her came down stairs to her family to fetch what they brought for her and even accompanied them out of the entrance but they did not want her to go and fetch her things.

Why is the treatment not the same why other people are allowed and others are not allowed.

The securities told me to come back tomorrow at 15:00 during visit hours I told them I am not coming to visit I just want to drop her things and I told them the sister in charge said I must come back in the morning and the securities told me to come at 15:00

I am so furious with the service I got from this hospital.
