City Hospital
Stinking attitude

Health & Medicine

I visited the hospital on the 5/11/2013 together with my 8year old son to check my 11months old baby who got admitted on the 2/11/2013, and that was our second visit since we were there the day before and everything was fine. I was shocked and disgusted by the manner in which Nurse DLOMO told me that babies are not allowed to visits, I was confused because we were there the previous day and there were no issues. Obviously since I wasnt happy so I contacted the superiors to get further explanation as to what was going on. I was then directed to a senior sister who listened to my querry and took my details, and promised to forward my complain to DLOMO's superior by name of SISTER NAIDOO.Almost a week later I still haven't received any phone call what so ever from the Hospital. Now I don't know whether the hospital condone the bad attitude staff nurse DLOMO gives to patient in this hospital. If that the case then I don't see myself going back to that hospital, and also will advice my friends, family and colleagues to do the same. Then I wonder how DR RAMESH BHOOLA is going to increase the market share..
