Night Shift nurse who ill treat young patients

I am so unhappy with the way this one night shift sister treats my sister at labour ward 3B. She is young but does not mean to be treated with disrespect cause every patient needs to be treated with respect. She had an drip and came out accidently and a student came and say she will tell the nurse and when the nurse came she tell my sister to wait for the morning shift nurses to be assisted which is unfair. She needs that drip for her body cause she lost too much blood during birth and I mean what if something goes wrong and happens to her. The night duty sister surly need to be talked with cause this is not acceptable the way they treat patients.
