Bad customer service & illtreatment of a custome

Today, the 06 September 2013, i drove my husband's car after booking it in for service. i got to GM Barloworld ISUZU and i informed the guy handling my car that, i needed a lift to work and i will need a lift back to come fetch the car. the day went by and no one called me from ISUZU. At 16h30 i decided to call and ask, if anyone is coming to fetch me. William told me he forgot about me and promised that he will organise someone to come fetch me. after 30 minutes he called telling me that he had sent someone to drop the car at my work place, and i asked him on whose approval, and he said he wanted to tell me earlier on. I asked if he is aware of the legal implications should that car be involved in an accident, he said he knows. while i was still surprised by such conduct, he called again and asked if i could please help the guy who brought my car and drop him at the taxi rank, and i refused. when i got home, i looked at the service book and realised that the service conducted today was not recorded. i have never come accross such bad service since the day i started taking cars for services, his behaviour was uncalled for, and he must be called to order.
