BAD SERVICE FROM CUSTOMER CARE

We have been requesting documentation from the customer care department for the past 4 days. No reply on the emails we send and if we phone the call center they just don't send documentation to us. How many time must we send emails and phone just for documentation to add a member on my medical aid and to send documentation for a new member. I would like feedback ASAP!!
