Getting medical aid

I never knew getting a medical was so much work. I applied on line and one of your brokers got back to me. Send me the forms i filled in and send with all my documentation. Then i get a Doctors Report to get a doctor to examine me and fill in. Like really my friend got the same medical aid few weeks back and she did not have to get all these things, so what must i do
