Pathetic service

I was looking to take medical aid out with resolution health, after the level of service recieved i can not do so, you cant even get any answers from the call center consultants, they cant even give me a simple answer as in to how long new applications take, responds to my emails when felt like it, i have requested from different consultants that a list of networkj hospitals be sent to me via email, im still waiting, needed a answer by today and still havent heard from anyone, im sick to my stomach with this service, i as a customer made the effect in going the extra mile in giving all required documentation to them so theres no run arround, and this is what you get!!! i dont request people go this route like i did, waste of time, will have to seek other alternatives
