Bad attitude at reception

Good day

On the 18 Feb at about 17:50 pm I went to Wisani medical centre with my nephew. I was shocked and disgusted by the bad cold attitude we received from the reception by a old lady, short brown hair. the lady was not professional at all with her feet alivated on a chair. When she turned around there was no smile, impatient as if we were forcing her to assist us. Due to the bad service we received and that we were not welcome my nephew left me at reception due to the bad service. After i have fully observed the bad attitude that the lady had i decided to leave. The staff need at Wisani need to be trained how to be professional and to treat cumstomers in the righ manner. I would never refer anyone to Wisani Medical centre.
