On the 12th at 10.30 I took my little Nephew to get a drug test for the schools records to proof that he is not on drugs we got to the centre and was helped at the receptionist, the lady that helped us was so rude I have never seen people that's suppose to help our generation with drug and alcohol problems can treat people like when u go out to be helped. She gave me such an attitude because I signed the document at the wrong place, and because my nephew went to go urinate before the test she starts screaming and shouts. We really made me upset was the fact that she didn't even tell us first when we got there that he should not drink water or go to the toilet. I feel so sorry for people's children that goes out there for help. People should learn to treat each other with trespect, nobody is perfect and only can judge. We go out there for help not to be treated mean. If the lady doesn't enjoy what she's doing she should leave and management must get someone that knows how to treat people.
