Booked over the phone with him a week ago as I had bought a voucher for three days stay. He said fine email the voucher. On arrival from Joburg he storms into the room waving the voucher and says get out you don't have a booking and I am not taking discounted vouchers this weekend. I offered to show him that we confirmed by email and with him on the phone but he said I confirm not you. When I refused to accept his offer of one night as he was booked tomorrow he ordered us off his property and stood by in an aggressive manner. we went
